News on our next lunchtime seminar:

Communicators are always trying to master the newest medium of mass communication. Social media is the most recent. But there is a fundamental level of communication that surpasses every medium and essentially communicates messages on its own. How can we achieve inspiring communication no matter what medium we are using?

Our speaker, Keith S. Collins, will talk about the qualities of successful communication that make people want to do the right thing without feeling they are pushed into it, and cite examples where communication inspired and where opportunities were missed.

Date: Friday 2 November 2012
Time: 12h30 to 14h00
Location: The Swiss Press Club, Route de Ferney 106, La Pastorale, 1202 Geneva.
Fee: CHF 15.- per person includes drinks and snacks – payable at the door.

Keith S. Collins is a writer, editor and communications consultant in Geneva. Over a 25-year career he has helped corporations, non-profit organizations, trade associations, universities and UN entities find ways to communicate their ideas effectively.
